Help, I didn't get my password or order!

Thank you for your order.  All of our products are sold in electronic form only.  Once you download the products, you may print (or photocopy) as many copies as you need - year after year.

Please note that each product page indicates you may
"download" the products after your purchase.

Within minutes after your purchase, you should receive 2 emails.  One will be a payment receipt (credit card, on-line check or PayPal), the other will include your authorization password and a link to each of the products you purchased.  If you do not receive both emails, check your mail filtering settings and specifically look in any filtered folders (Junk Mail, SPAM, Filtered).  Many online services like AOL, MSN and Earthlink have built in "SPAM" control that will often mistake the confirmation email as junk mail.  (The word "password" and clickable links tend to trigger Junk Mail filters).

The #1 reason for not receiving your password is mail filtering.  Please check with your Internet Provider or Online Service Provider to see if your receipt may have been filtered and how to locate it.  We can resend the passwords, but they are often filtered too!!  This is a filtering problem at your ISP, not with the kinderxpress.com system.  If you received the payment receipt, you should have received the confirmation email with your passwords.  They are sent at the same time as part of an automated process!!!  Please check your SPAM/Filtered mail folders.

If you still cannot find the confirmation receipt in any of these folders, please contact us and we will be happy to resend the password.
